Order Processing
All orders are processed by Alleviair within 15–30 business days, depending on production schedules and order volume.
For urgent orders, we offer an expedited production option, prepared within 7 business days at an additional cost. Please contact us at hello@alleviair.com before placing urgent orders.

We ship globally. Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and chosen shipping method. The times below are for reference only:

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on order volume, weight, destination, and shipping method. Final shipping fees will be provided at checkout or confirmed by our sales team for bulk orders.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Alleviair does not pay for duties or taxes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package.

Alleviair is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs inspections, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
